Blogilates Shopping List (with quantities): Week Two!


Here’s your itemized shopping list for Week Two! Casey left out two items this week: spinach, egg whites. You should have some leftovers from ingredients we bought last week, which I’ve also indicated below.


  • 4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 6 Gala apples
  • 2 of any other apple
  • 1 Avacado (or 1/4 of one sliced)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Lemon (or 3 tbsp of lemon juice)
  • 1 Pineapple ( or 2 cups)


  • 2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 6 Green Onion/Scallions
  • 3.5 cups baby Carrots
  • 2 bunches of Celery (or 15 stalks)
  • 2 heads of Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 3 Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 cups Broccoli
  • 2 cups Edamame
  • 1 bag/head of Spinach (or 1.5 cups)


  • 2 Cartons of Eggs (or 22 eggs)
  • Almond Milk (you only need 1.25 cups this week. You should have plenty leftover from last week)
  • 1 cup Light Mozz Cheese (shredded…depending on the light cheese you bought last week, you could use that here)
  • Carton of Egg Whites (or 6 cups + 3 servings of whites)


  • 3 15oz Cans of Tuna in Water
  • 3/4 lb Ground Turkey
  • 4 – 3 oz Salmon Steaks
  • 9 oz 93/7 Ground Turkey
    ** I’m going to buy 1.5 lbs of one kind of turkey. I just don’t see the need to buy two different kinds for these recipes.


  • 3 cups Quinoa
  • 2 Red Potato (or 1 cup diced) (are potatoes not a veggie?)
  • 1 bag Brown Rice (6 cups)
  • 1 package Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortillas (you will have some left over from last week)


  • 1 container Unsweetened Applesauce ( or 3/4 cup)
  • Raisins (you should have plenty leftover from last week.
  • 1 package Pecans (or 3 tbsp chopped)
  • 1 container Hummus (2 cups)
  • 1 jar Apple Cider Vinegar (you only need a few splashes)
  • 1 jar Spicy Fermented Soybeans (6 tbsp)
  • PB or Almond Butter (you should have plenty leftover from last week… you need 2tbsp this week)
  • Protein Powder (3 servings…you should have plenty from last week)
  • 1 bag Coconut Flour (or 6 tbsp)
  • 1 can Baking Powder (3/8 tsp)
  • 3 Cans of Golden Mushrooms


  • 1 of each. They are all fairly common ingredients that you should have already. And, outside of the Salsa (2 tbsp) you just need a pinch here and there.
  • Basil (15 leaves)
  • Garlic (6 cloves)

    Hey I just thought I’d let you know, on the google page some people have figured out that the tuna salad recipe is for 6 servings! So you probably only need 1 of those cans of tuna 🙂

    you’re such a lifesaver. I can’t do grocerieshopping this weekend, because I’m visiting people all over Europe so my dad was very sweet and offered to do it for me. And all I needed to do was send him your list:D
    How are you doing with challenge? Everything still going fine? Did you already have your YOLOmeal? I’m going to have mine tonight!
