Remember the Song Workout for Abs I posted just the other day? Well, I loved it so much, I had to seek out other workouts for other target areas…arms, butt, legs, etc. The idea of picking your favorite songs and switching up the moves in the middle of them is just so smart and fun. 

I stumbled across a Tumblr page that had just what I was looking for. This workout is a great mix of upper body and lower body. It uses only the weight of your own body plus a small handweight. This is going to give your body tone rather than bulk. I also love how this gives instruction for a third workout for the ends of the songs when the chorus is just repeating. I didn’t really know what to do during these parts for the ab workout (I just did what didn’t kill me!) so it’s nice that someone thought this through for this one. 

I haven’t actually done this work out yet as today was a cardio day, but when I do, I’ll let you know what I think.
